Yoga for Pregnancy
Nurturing, flowing pregnancy yoga classes to help you build strength, bond with your baby and prepare for your birth. This is more than just a pregnancy yoga class. We cover a different topic each week related to pregnancy, birth or beyond, giving you the chance to build your support network, connecting with other local mums. I teach breathing techniques to help you relax and prepare for labour and birth, release tension and reduce any anxiety you may be feeling. You will learn yoga postures safe for pregnancy and I always give modifications so you can adjust your practice to how you feel that week. We always end with a beautiful, calming, guided relaxation to aid sleep and leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
This class is suitable from 12 weeks all the way up until birth, and no experience of yoga is needed.
For Bishopbriggs, blocks are rolling, which means you can start anytime that suits you, as long as there is space, and it’s an 8 week block, but please do get in touch if you’d like to work something out to suit you better.
For Paisley and Milngavie there is a slightly different format, and classes are 4 week set blocks. There are gaps then between the block start dates. Please get in touch for block start dates.
These classes generally fill quickly with people booking several blocks, so please do get in touch early on to secure a space.
Current Yoga for Pregnancy classes are:
Bishopbriggs on Wednesdays 6.30pm
Milngavie on Mondays 7pm - next dates 10/3/25 for 4 weeks, then 28/4/25 for 4 weeks
Paisley on Sundays 7pm - next dates 2/3/25 for 4 weeks, then 27/4/24 for 4 weeks
Yoga for Mum & Baby
These mum and baby classes are a perfect blend of yoga for you and yoga stretches with songs and fun for baby. The focus for mum is on building strength and stamina safely post birth. We also include baby in some of our asanas, allowing you to still practice while holding your little one.
We do baby yoga to encourage your little ones body to grow and develop, creating a fun and beautiful bonding experience for you and baby. This class is very baby led so please don’t worry if you baby is crying, feeding or needs changed.
Classes are suitable from around 6 weeks post partum, or 8-10 weeks if you had a cesarian section. Absolutely no experience of yoga is needed to join mum and baby class. Classes are booked in blocks. Each class location runs slightly differently.
Current mum & baby classes are:
Bishopbriggs on Mondays 9.45am - Blocks are rolling, which means you can start anytime that suits you, as long as there is space.
Milngavie on Mondays 11.30am - The next block starts 24/2/25 for 6 weeks. The block after that will be from 21/4/25 for 5 weeks, then 2/6/25 for 5 weeks.
Paisley on Tuesdays 10am - This class is changing to set block date, TBC
Women’s Yoga Class
Flowing and strengthening yoga classes centred around the phases of the moon and on connecting your breath to movement, helping to quiet and focus the mind. You will learn breathing techniques to help relax you and ease your stresses. Each class starts with a womens circle and a friendly chat, and ends with a guided relaxation to leave you feeling relaxed and floating on air.
These classes are suitable for beginners as it's taught as a slower flow but with more advanced modifications to take if you choose, helping you tailor your yoga practice to you.
The class is booked in 6 or 8 week blocks.
Current women’s classes are:
Milngavie on a Monday at 8.20pm
Bishopbriggs on a Wednesday at 8pm
Hypnobirthing Class
Hypnobirthing is NOT what you think it is!
It gives you the knowledge and the tools to have the best birth for you. You will be more informed and know what questions to ask and what options are available to you. You will learn to release fear and learn to trust your body, your instinct and your baby.
We can’t predict how your birth will go, but we can prepare and arm you with as much knowledge as you can to help you have a positive and beautiful birth.
This is a class for you and your birth partner.
Available as 1-2-1 or group sessions.
Investment is £350 per couple for 1-2-1 or £250 per couple for a group session.

An add on to either the pregnancy yoga class or hypnobirthing class where with just you and your birth partner we can discuss your birth preferences, what to consider and how to ask for them.

One to One Yoga
Looking to do some yoga but not wanting to be part of a group? I can offer a one on one session at your home for womens, pregnancy or post natal yoga.

Kids Yoga in Nurseries or Schools
I’m able to offer yoga sessions in schools and nurseries for group sessions as a regular class, occasional class or a one off class.
There are many benefits to yoga for children including reducing stress and anxiety; boosting concentration and focus; improves flexibility, strength and balance; builds confidence and self esteem.
Each class lasts 30-40 mins and is based on a story or theme.
